Highly successful State Farm Agency is looking for a new team member to play a key role in account management. We need a manager who understands the traditional side of prospecting, marketing and can simultaneously manage a fully integrated marketing plan to acquire new business. With this position you must have strong relationship skills,
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
  • Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.
  • Must have the ability to utilize sales systems and processes and have excellent computer skills as well as strong math skills
  • Able to increase profitable sales revenue in the agency through scheduled consultations and sales calls, email, direct mailings, presentations, and various marketing methods used to promote the brand and offer solutions.
  • Consistent and professional follow up and communication through email, phone, and personal interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Experiencing managing client relationships preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Dedicated to customer service
  • Able to anticipate customer needs
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer

Compensation $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
